Former president Donald Trump will testify under oath on 15 July in New York legal professional common Letitia James’s investigation into his company practices, according to a court docket submitting introduced Wednesday.
His daughter Ivanka Trump and son Donald Trump Jr will also testify.

Trump and his little ones had before argued that testifying in the civil investigation would violate their constitutional legal rights because their text could be used in a linked felony investigation led by Manhattan District Lawyer Alvin Bragg.
Trump has continuously denied any wrongdoing and has not been accused of felony wrongdoing. He has named the investigation a “witch-hunt”.
